  • Red meats 

The beef, pork and the lamb are red meats, they are very important for a balanced diet because of their nutrients, they are a lot in a small amount of food, meat is the major source of proteins, also have a lot of minerals an and B vitamins, including vitamin B12 that is hard to find in plants

  • White meats

 White meats are from poultry and fish, they have less satured fats than the red meat, some kind of white meat like fish have unsaturated fats and most of them have Omega-3 fatty acids, this can reduce heart failures, white meats have less iron than the red meat, they are rich in proteins and they not have deficiencies in amino acids, some people think that these type of meats are healtier than the re ones because they have less fats but these fats are important for the human body
