Importance of fruits and vegetables

Fruits and vegetables provide vitamins, minerals and fiber, that are indispensable for the human body, since it is what keeps us awake, strong against diseases, such as cancer, diabetes, and obesity.
The importance of each of these nutrients are;

  • Vitamins: Vitamins a and c, the first serves to develop vision and bones, and the second strengthens them
